AH! I'm so excited. I'm starting my blog on my journey for my "Four Hour Body"
If you don't know, The
Four Hour Body is a book written by Tim Ferris. It is a life changer. Click the link I embedded into the book title to learn more about it!
I'm going to use this blog to post pictures of my meals, my measurements (including weight... yikes!) and notes and thoughts on my experience!
So, here we go.
One thing the book has stated is that you NEED NEED NEED to eat within the first 30 minutes of being awake. I have to learn this. I did take the first steps in buying his suggested breakfast (egg whites, spinach, salsa...). SO, the ingredients are sitting in my fridge! One small step is better than none!
Measurements:
Bust/Under: 37in/33.5in
Waist: 36in
Hips: 40in
RBicep: 13in
LBicep: 12.5in

Weight: 168lbs
So, tonight my room mate and I are going to Chipotle. I will post pictures later :)
